OUR HISTORY AND MISSION
Steven Johnston founded Ready4Canada Immigration Services (R4C) in 2009. Having worked in the immigration field at the government level for a few years and having seen the difficulties immigrants faced when navigating the bureaucratic maze, he decided to share his knowledge and expertise with them.
In 2022, after having successfully operated for 13 years, R4C added an international recruitment service to its list of services in order to assist employers hire temporary foreign workers to fill their labor shortages.
R4C’s 1st mission is to assist individuals immigrate to Canada on a permanent and temporary basis and to legally represent them with the governments involved in the process. It’s second mission is to assist employers fill their labor shortages using it’s one stop shop international recruitment service.

STEVEN JOHNSTON
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Steven is a former Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship (IRCC) agent and Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) officer with the Government of Canada.
He obtained his license to practice as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and founded Ready4Canada Immigration Services in 2009. His membership number is R506588.
He is also a member of the Quebec Registry of Immigration Consultant (11470).
ISABELLE MORIN
International Recruitment expert
Isabelle has worked in the employability field for a couple of decades.
She has assisted countless numbers of persons obtain employment by helping them develop resumes, prepare for and pass interviews and gain skills much required in the labor market.
Today, she is managing the International Recruitment portion of R4C. She is an expert when it comes to assessing whether or not a candidate is a good fit for any given job!
MAUDE-ELYSA LOUISSEIZE
Immigration Assistant
Maude has been passionate about immigration for as long as she can remember. Her past management experience and her translator training have provided her with excellent skills when it comes time to greet and communicate efficiently with clients.
She knows the immigration processes can sometimes seem overwhelming and she is delighted to have the opportunity to be a part of making this journey smoother and to help support clients reach their immigration goals.
